Staving off a reverse shoulder replacement and this is a great alternative to pain killers, and allows me to get by and continue to lead an active lifestyle which includes playing hockey, kayaking and SUP boarding regularly. Pretty amazing actually! The only drawback is that you really do need help to get it applied properly for a rotator cuff.

If pain is present only at insertion point of achilles to heel on outer side, do I only use one piece of the small tape? I love KT Tape and Chris is the best. Saved my knees as well. Hope it helps this new ankle pain.

What does even moderate stretch mean? 50%? 80%? 25%? I agree that the instructions are bad because I've seen videos with better instructions under 5 min. Yes, I pause them where needed but this is not user friendly. If many people say the instructions are confusing, maybe they are?

I've used KT for years, so I bought a roll of this. It's rubbish. Doesn't work, and the adhesive doesn't stick. Junk. I know you need new products to keep us coming back, but this is a misstep. I tried to return it, but Dick's wouldn't take it back because I used it. How could I know it was crap until I use it?

Can you dislocate or damage this joint in a car accident, say, you get pulled one way and the seatbelt pulls you another and yanks on it? And you're perfectly fine for years, and then all of a sudden it just kicks up later? Like a delayed injury? Because thats my scenario(left side) and this stupid joint flares up every two to three days and i cant raise my arm past a certain point when it does. It reduces my range of motion and limits the basic ability to reach up and open a cabinet down to using my other hand because i cant raise my arm at all. And its been going for two years and i have freaking had it.

This is almost impossible to do alone when the injury is way to the back. I tried my best though and this VDO helps a lot.
